My online heart beats faster when working with cross-functional teams and clients, launching new online strategies. I have a track record in delivering website- and eCommerce platforms and implementing unique, smart and complex technologies.
Together with clients and teams, I create and effectively execute project plans with clear scope, goals and strong financial insights. I promote professional development of projectmanagers and key team members though coaching and mentoring.
I support strong analytical insights on financial status, progress and quality control. I use detailed and transparant reporting, logical breakdowns, frequent progress meetings with both client and team and set clear quality goals.
I support working closely together in integrated teams with shared project responsibility. It creates a better understanding of what and why we are doing things. It contributes to a healthy, creative, and more productive environment.
I manage projects though all phases of the application lifecycle. From strategy, concepting, build, implementation to maintenance and optimisation. I use waterfall, agile and hybrid approaches.
